Dear Lisa,

Thank you so much for your continued advice support and cheerleading.  When you and I originaly met, we were struggling here with a lack of goals, lack of clarity over roles and responsibilities and we became operationally a bit dysfunctional.  We in essence got off track.  This had impacted our growth as well the productivity and morale of my team.

From our very first meeting, I realized I made a great decision in hiring you.  You got right down to brass tacks--what needed to be done now to get our act back together, improve cash flow--become more goals focused and once again grow intelligently and build shareholder value.  This may sound wacky but its also becoming fun and exciting here again,  My only regret is not bringing you on sooner.

There is no shortage of consultants/advisors out there that claim to be able to do all sorts of wonderful things for a company.  Most are a waste of time and money.  You are the anomaly Lisa.  I actually see you as something different from a consultant--haven't come up with a term yet so in the meantime I will simply stick with the program and continue to enjoy the goodness of having you in my corner. Thanks so much for all that you have done and continue to do.
